  BROAD GATE WEBSITE LAUNCH
Welcome to the Broad Gate Website (our new name for the former Allders building). We are excited about sharing our plans to transform this wonderful landmark building and bring it back to its former glory. This website is designed to keep you informed about our plans and ongoing progress on site for this innovative mixed use development in the heart of the the city centre. Following the closure of Allders department store on The Headrow, we have spent time working on a scheme, which will see a complete transformation to provide 21st century mixed use accommodation. This includes four large retail units at lower ground, ground and first floor levels and prime office accommodation, offering the biggest single floor plates in the city centre, at levels two to five.
